An absolutely fantastic tour
I cannot believe how much we packed in, the time flew by. We wanted to visit Abbey Road Studios and our guide Mark was more than happy to divert us over to that part of London so that we could get our photo taken on the zebra crossing” Downey Family.

Amazing Taxi tour
My mother and I had the pleasure of Mark’s outstanding knowledge and very interesting stories during our London taxi tour.
We went to places we didn’t even know existed, saw so many sights and learned to much.
We also had loads of great photo opportunities -

On Friday, Mark was truly my angel.
After being delayed on the Tube, I found myself running late for an important appointment. Google told me it would take 23 minutes to walk—far too long as I was on crutches—and 12 minutes by car.
As I looked around in a panic, I spotted Mark’s taxi parked just down the street. He had stopped for a break before his next pickup, but when I approached and asked for help, he immediately stepped in. Seeing my situation, he selflessly skipped his break to get me to my appointment.
I was overwhelmed, stressed, and in tears, but Mark’s calm and kind demeanour put me at ease. He not only got me there with minutes to spare but also turned what could have been a disastrous day into a moment of genuine human kindness.
I highly recommend Mark to anyone needing a taxi in London. I’ll be keeping his card for every future visit—thank you so much, Mark, for your incredible help!

Pick up from Hotel to Airport
Got into Mark’s cab after a day out and he gave me his card. I booked him to take me back to the airport from the Tower Hotel a few days later.
After Check out I wanted to grab a coffee before meeting Mark at the agreed pickup time to find he was already outside waiting for me. He told me to take my time and when I was ready to leave Mark put the meter on (he did not add any waiting time only charging me for the actual journey)
He was extremely professional, helped me with my luggage and the cab was immaculate. Totally stress free journey. Thank you.
